Infinity Diving Installs new Bauer baser Air filling station
OK so after much waiting we have installed our new filling station. We were fed up with constantly fixing the Coltri MCH range - these machines are Italian and are not up to the filling demands we were putting on the machine.
The end result - we bought a Bauer Verticus machine - oringinally used to fire 500 Bar Nitrogen into a tank to start the turbines during the cold war! We modified the machine and added a P61 Securus filter and volia we have a industrial machine we can depend on.
In fact we liked the Bauser so much we bought a Drager K14 from a fire station in Germany. This is also a great machine and produces the most amazing standard of air.
We also installed 20 filling whips so we can keep the tank temperature down as we dissipate the heat of compression over a larger surface area. The net result of this is less expansion and contraction of the tanks and hence a longer working life expectancy.
